Surrogacy in South Korea
Until the moment when surrogacy was practically not regulated in South Korea, and given the peculiarities of the mentality of Koreans and developed medicine, surrogacy programs in this country developed successfully and brought worthy results. However, not all citizens of the country liked this state of affairs, and soon by 2010, under the influence of public opinion, many aspects of commercial surrogacy were banned in South Korea and the segment of reproductive medicine fell into decay. Today South Korea cannot be considered a suitable option for this procedure. At the same time, countries such as Ukraine and Russia offer guaranteed surrogacy programs.
