Surrogacy in the Czech Republic

The Czech Republic does not legally regulate the surrogacy process. According to the laws of the country, the child's mother is the woman who gave birth. By deciding to undergo a surrogacy program in the Czech Republic, you put yourself at great risk that the surrogate mother wants to keep her child and the state is on her side. Also, you do not have the right to pay money to a surrogate mother in the Czech Republic. These risks are completely unjustified, given the possibility of implementing surrogacy programs in countries where the law clearly defines the relationship in their favor.

That is why the number of potential mothers and fathers who appeal to surrogate mothers in the Czech Republic is relatively small.
